Description:

Block 25A Academic Building will be a faculty office building with an estimated footprint of about 44,000 SF, and will be six stories with a partial seventh story. It will include open cubicle office spaces, conference rooms, class rooms, and a learning center. Additionally, the project includes site utilities, connection to existing utilities, a landscaped courtyard, and other site work.The team will perform the following: evaluate geologic hazards, perform geotechnical analyses, develop recommendations for foundation support, retaining walls, and earthwork, and prepare a report to present conclusions and recommendations.
