Connecting Center Street with 2080 East in Springville.  Will require:

  • Horizontal and Vertical alignment of a new connecting roadway
  • Design of large retaining wall(s) Intersection design (horizontal & vertical adjustments may be necessary)
  • Pedestrian access and safety considerations
  • Possible property acquisition
  • Street lighting
  • Underground utility connections between the two existing roadways
