Provo Parking Lot Design

A complete re-design is needed for an apartment complex parking lot in Provo. The lot is currently in poor condition as a result of poor drainage. Students will be asked to design the new pavement, drainage, earthwork, tie-in to city infrastructure, and parking space optimization. Other tasks may include surveying the lot and a trade study to evaluate paving materials, cost, longevity, maintenance, etc… Students may also supervise tear out and new construction.
