< Undergraduate Teams

The culminating senior design capstone class is set up as an “on campus internships” where students can complete projects sponsored by public or private agencies to solve a real world problem faced by engineering agencies today.
 
The students will use the tools they are learning in the CEEn program to create an insightful problem resolution to the project proposed by the sponsor.
 
A Master's student enrolled in the business operations, project management and leadership emphasis will be assigned to each capstone team to mentor and help develop a solution.
 
A faculty professor will be assigned as a technical advisor.
 
Students work 6-8 hours per week (3 credits) in a real world working (internship) environment to complete the project.
